Cody began his career in the Fitness industry in 2007, as a Personal Trainer. From 2007 to 2013 he worked with hundreds of clients in several different commercial gyms as well as his own Training business. He loved working with people and designing programs, but nutrition was what he was the most passionate about. He also realized helping his clients make the right food choices, in the right amounts and holding them accountable was paramount in their success. In 2013 he co-founded and opened Performance Elite, a Personal Training and CrossFit gym. Since then he’s coached thousands of CrossFit classes, worked with hundreds of people individually and coached countless clients on nutrition.

The goal in this life of Byrdie is to help you die young as late in life as possible. Over the last 9 years Matt has helped hundreds of individuals create a lifestyle that gives life back to them. His passion is teaching and helping you and everyone in his world, create a masterpiece out of their God given body. The path is simple, which doesn’t mean it’s easy. He is a psychology major and understands the human need... FOOD is one of those that have a huge grasp on us as individuals. Helping people lose over a 100 pounds or even building muscle to not be skinny fat has been something he’s made a living off of for years.
